Responsibilities:

Oversee relationships with intermediaries such as custodians, transfer agencies, and wealth management platforms.

Develop a strong appreciation for the ways in which clients access strategies including various pooled vehicles, SMA, UMA, and separate accounts.

Become proficient with initiatives directed at maintaining and growing the channel and remain cognizant of industry trends.

Develop fundamental knowledge of investment philosophy and process and be able to properly describe it to appropriate parties within the channel.

Take the lead on contract-related items specific to the mutual fund complex.

Achieve proficiency in sales reporting.

Engage, coordinate, and streamline the quarterly process with key partners’ research teams including standard deliverables and new material creation.

Help coordinate and host client meetings, visits, and conference calls.

Travel as required to support firm and team initiatives.

 

Qualifications

Up to five years of experience in the asset management industry

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Marketing

Series 7 and 63; Preference for candidates who possess or are pursuing the CFA designation

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to communicate and present effectively

Familiarity with Salesforce preferred

About the Role

 
  • Project Manager (Call Center Migration)

    This position will be migrating call center to Five-Nine platform

    Manages moderately complex or complex projects end-to-end to deliver business outcomes, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of client satisfaction.

    Develops and maintains detailed, robust, high-quality risk plan and project plan including resources, scope, schedule, cost, assumptions, dependencies, etc., keeping plans updated through the project life cycle.

    Understands the impact of scope changes and adjusts project plans and communicates accordingly.

 

 

Requirements

 
  • Skills and experience with migrating call centers over to the Five9 contact center solution is a plus!
  • Experience with preparing executive level reports and presentations
  • Interacts and maintains ongoing communication at the appropriate levels within the team as well as with the stakeholders, and ensures everyone on the delivery team understands their roles and responsibility.
  • Negotiates resource requirements with responsible management when faced with conflicts in priorities.
  • Undertakes regular work streams and project meetings, documenting and following up on actions and risks identified from the meetings.
  • Creates and maintains all documents that support the PMO Methodology.
  • Educates and consults with the PM group on the PMO methodology.
  • Collates and tracks program status information and project artifacts at various stages of a projects lifecycle (finances, resources).
  • Ensures methodology compliance, auditing and tracking of ongoing projects; using the agreed tools at regular intervals to ensure projects are on course and follows the approved methodology.
  • Analyses data and provides Value Add reports on a weekly/monthly basis to PMO Leadership and stakeholders. Provides induction and day-to-day support to PM’s and PFM’s on the project methodology.
  • Maintains and monitors the SharePoint.
  • Meets with Portfolio managers/stakeholders and reviews data.
  • Creates and maintains toolsets used by the Program Management group.
  • Recommends corrective actions on projects, if required.
  • Works closely with the Program and Portfolio Managers to review finances.
  • Works with Finance to agree the finance templates and produce the Weekly/Monthly Finance reports.
  • Works with Senior IT Management to agree yearly timelines.
  • Supports Program Managers with creating Budget Submissions.
  • Reviews and collates budget submissions; provides quality reports.
  • Works with stakeholders to implement value add change across the PM.

 

Qualifications

 
  • 3-7 years of experience
  • Cisco-based PM
  • Managing the deployment of migrations
  • Understand technical lingo
  • Cisco knowledge is preferred
  • Migrating phone systems
  • Deploying mobile devices
  • Experience migrating cloud-based platforms. Five Nine experience is a huge plus
  • Will be migrating call center to Five-Nine platform

About the Role

As a Strategic Salesperson, your focus will be to grow the sales of software-as-a-service (SaaS) product in the North American market. The candidate should have a strong network of contacts and selling experience in one of the following industries: food supply chain, food manufacturing, or distribution/warehousing. This position reports to Sales leadership and will be responsible for increasing company profits by growing business at current customers and acquiring new customers within an assigned market territory or industry. This position does require you to be based in the company headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA. 

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed the annual sales target
  • Collaborate with management to develop a sales plan for a defined market
  • Travel to manufacturing and distribution facilities to assess viable applications to meet the customers’ needs
  • Quantify business value and ROI for the Customers’ investment
  • Generate leads, develop proposals and close orders

Requirements & Experience
• Demonstrated success achieving sales goals

  • Demonstrated proficiency in forecast accuracy and business management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related experience preferred
  • Ability to work as part of a team and be coachable to SCA Technologies’ sales process
  • Strong communication skills, including presentation, professional writing, and negotiations
  • Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing knowledge a plus
  • Motivated self-starter, comfortable in fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Salesforce and LinkedIn
