COMMITMENT:
Guidance Coaching is an ongoing relationship between the coach and the client. Through this relationship the opportunity for success for the coaching client dramatically increases because changing habits and creating possibilities is a process. It is the Coaching structure that facilitates the process of personal, professional and/or spiritual development. The Client and the Coach agree that the coaching relationship will be designed together.

Guidance Coaching is for individuals who are emotionally and psychologically healthy and who want to make changes and move forward in their lives. Coaching is not licensed therapy. By entering into this relationship, the Coach and the Client acknowledge that the Client will commit to action in making significant changes to experience breakthrough and transformation in his or her life.

GUIDANCE SESSIONS:
A StrideWire Discovery Session pertains to a Client's specified appointed time with a Guidance Coach as an introductory session to explore the challenge they face and whether or not they would like to continue coaching in subsequent Guidance Sessions, or under a full Guidance Program.

A StrideWire Guidance Session pertains to a specified appointed time with a Guidance Coach that is individual and separate from a Guidance Program.

A StrideWire Group Guidance Session pertains to 2 or more individuals engaged in a specified appointed time with a Guidance Coach for mediation, conflict resolution, or discovery. Group Guidance Sessions are separate, and not part of a comprehensive Guidance Program.

A StrideWire Guidance Program pertains to a comprehensive, set Guidance Coaching series of sessions offered together, as opposed to only one individual Guidance Session.

The StrideWire Guidance Process pertains to the overall learning & development journey the Client will take throughout their time with a Guidance Coach.

Depending on Client and Guidance Coach location at the time of scheduled session, Guidance Sessions may be conducted by face-to-face meetings, virtual video call, or phone. Discovery Sessions are only offered via phone.

When utilizing means other than face-to-face, the Client agrees to call the Guidance Coach, at the scheduled appointment time upon the agreed number. The Guidance Coach and Client commit to start and finish each Guidance Session on time.

The Client has available to them the attention of the Guidance Coach for the entire appointment time. During that time, the Client agrees to identify the area of coaching required, and a dynamic Guidance Process ensues. A dynamic Guidance Session may cover multiple facets of the Client’s life, and it is agreed by the Client that investigation of these areas will add to the overall quality of the Guidance Process, which will involve identification of barriers, objectives for progress, and a plan of action assigned during each session. The Guidance Coach will maintain a high level of communication regarding the Guidance Process, during the session. Whereas, the Guidance Coach agrees to inform the Client when they perceive a change in coaching direction has taken place, and/or if a different approach is necessary.

FEES AND CHARGES:

StrideWire is a division of Latreia Enterprises LLC, therefore, all applicable charges will appear under Latreia Enterprises LLC.

Fees will be charged prior to the first session and according to the Client’s chosen service and payment option, invoiced separately.

Discovery Sessions are introductory in nature, and will be timed at 40 minutes via phone or virtual, at a rate of $50. Clients are entitled to only one Discovery Session per Client prior to scheduling subsequent Guidance Sessions, or enrolling in a full Guidance Program.

Subsequent Guidance Sessions will be timed at 50 minutes each, at a rate of $150 per each individual session, or $1200 for 9 remaining sessions, billable in $600 installments prior to 2nd and 6th sessions ($1250 Guidance Program fee minus $50 Discovery Session fee equals $1200 total).

Group Guidance Sessions are separate from individual or program sessions, and offered via phone or virtual, timed at 50 minutes each, at a rate of $95 for each participant. Minimum of 2 participants required to qualify for this rate, maximum of 6.

Guidance Program sessions (and sequential sessions) will also each be timed at 50 minutes via phone or virtual. When being coached under a Guidance Program, it is the Program fee that applies, as described in pricing tables.

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

Rescheduling of appointment can be made by Client or Guidance Coach up to 24 hours prior to the original appointment time. In between coaching sessions, the client may feel free to text and/or e‐mail the Guidance Coach.

If the Client is more than 15 minutes late in meeting with, or calling in for a Guidance Session, the Guidance Coach will assume the session is cancelled and the Client will forfeit that individual session fee. If the session was part of a comprehensive Guidance Program, the Client forfeits that particular session in the program, and that session's material will need to be summarized (in addition to covering subsequent session's material) during the remaining Guidance Program sessions.

In case the Client cannot begin a session, or complete subsequent sessions for a comprehensive Guidance Program for any reason, fees are not refundable, but will be held for the Client to reinstate their Guidance Program within six (6) months from the time the interruption in Guidance took place. Otherwise, all Guidance Program fees will be considered forfeited by the Client.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND ETHICS:
The coaching relationship is built on a solid foundation of trust. The Coach agrees to keep all conversations and information with the Client private and confidential. No personal ideas, information or thoughts expressed will be shared with anyone except with the permission of the Client. The Coach will ask the Client for referral business, testimonials and comments and the Client agrees that these can be used for public information purposes.
